My work is helping your body feel like yours again.

I am a Connecticut-licensed aesthetician and certified herbalist, and the founder of TLC Self Care. Since 2021, I have built my practice around one belief — that recovery and wellness should feel personal, unhurried and genuinely cared for, not rushed through on a clinic schedule.

Every client who sits in my suite, whether healing after surgery or starting an herbal wellness journey, gets my full attention and a plan built around their body, not a generic protocol.

Fully licensed by the State of Connecticut, with training focused on post-surgical skin and body care, manual lymphatic drainage technique and non-surgical contouring modalities.

Certified Herbalist

Certified in herbal studies with a focus on natural detox support, nervous system comfort and whole-body wellness, always working alongside — never in place of — your physician's care.

Ongoing Advanced Training

I continue to train in post-op recovery techniques, vacuum and wood therapy, and herbal wellness so every client receives current, evidence-informed care.
